About Kyle Seeback

A mediator with experience as a lawyer and Canadian politician, Kyle Seeback dedicated his early career to competitive swimming as a member of the Canadian National Swim Team from 1986 to 1994. In 1995, Kyle Seeback earned both a bachelor of arts from the University of Nebraska as well as an LLB from the University of Western Ontario. He went on to practice law as an associate lawyer, working at such firms as Simmons Da Silva & Sinton and Speigel Nichols Fox LLP.

In 2011, Kyle Seeback led a successful election campaign under the Conservative Party of Canada and became a member of Canada’s Parliament. For four and a half years, he represented more than 230,000 constituents, regularly completing public speaking engagements before diverse audiences and engaging community groups and stakeholders throughout the legislative consultation process.

Concurrently, he was a senior member of the Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Parliamentary Committee, which involved drafting complex legislation related to land use on reservation lands. Additionally, as a senior member of the Justice and Human Rights Parliamentary Committee, his work centered on analyzing amendments related to the Canadian Criminal Code. Today, Kyle Seeback owns and operates his own consulting and mediation firm offering strategic advice on local political campaigns and mediation for individuals and companies.
